Las Brujas is a very charming Caribbean style building, located only a short walk from the main shopping area of Playa del Carmen and 10 min away from the beautiful beaches of Playa.

This is the perfect option for families or couples who are looking for quiet residential surroundings rather than the buzzing tourist area, but still only steps away to the center and 5th Avenue and also next to the famous "Aguachiles"
The building combines the use of traditional Mexican elements like palapa (palm tree) roofs, high ceilings, wooden elements, organic forms, colorful floors and artistic tiles with quality finishes (air conditioning, pressurized water, internet-connection and cable-tv). The lush green common area counts with a large Charcoal BBQ, a lovely dining area and, around the small refreshing pool, you will find sun beds.
This 3 storey - 2 bedroom – 2 bath penthouse, located on the 2nd level and accessible with wooden stairs, has the colorful spirit of the Caribbean and it will provide all the privacy and the comforts you need to enjoy your vacations.

The second bedroom counts with a double bed & AC. Both rooms have colored floors with artistic river stone mosaics and big closets. Guest bathroom with shells and river stones.
Upstairs there is a spacious living area, kitchen and office space under a high ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee
maker ect.), the bar table seats 4.
The comfortable living area (with a built in queen size bed-sofa) invites you to relax or watch TV (cable / DVD) .
There is also a desk (Wi-Fi Internet connection is available) where you can setup your notebook or write postcards to your friends.

A wooden staircase leads from the living area to your private, breezy terrace (with jacuzzi (hot tub), hanging bed and benches with pillows).
