This spacious house is at the entrance of Playacar phase 2 just few steps from the beach. Cross the street and walk 2 minutes through a beautiful path near a Mayan ruin to get to the amazing white sand beach of Playa del Carmen.
The access to Playacar is just infront of this house so you just need to walk through it and you will be in Down Town Playa 2-3 minutes away from the famous restaurants and shops in 5th Avenue.
Surrounded by lots of palm trees, Casa Maya 2 has a big garden, palapa with bar, TV and a lounge area just near the swimming pool, perfect place to relax on the afternoons or read your newspaper early in the morning.
