You just need to cross the street and you will be in Paseo del Carmen which connects with 5th Avenue and If you are able to walk 2 minutes from your condo, then you will be standing on the white sand beach. Just below your condo you will find coffee shops, an organic restaurant, and some nice shops. Just in front you will have the best shopping in Playa del Carmen and some of the most popular restaurants in town. Or if you like playing golf you can walk to Playacar´s golf course.
